How the Process Works
Atelier Kaka offers three standardized residential design packages, all packages following four-stage workflow to enhance service efficiency. Packages A and B are fully online. Package A requires no deposit—simply submit your floor plan, select a tier, and state your requirements. Our designer will process your order directly, without consultation, guidance, or recommendations. Package B is for clients who need professional guidance and a complete online design development process. A deposit start from RM 320 is required, with guided discussion continuing through the construction drawing delivery stage where applicable. Package C combines an on-site visit with measurement and guidance. It includes everything in Package B, plus a full site visit and measured floor plan. A deposit start from RM 1,000 is required. Package A: Client must provide the original floor layout & space dimensions. No deposit — direct order.
Package B: Start from RM 320 deposit to begin — Online consultation included, deductible from final fee. (Base design for spaces ≈ 150 sqm / 1,600 sq ft or under. May vary by complexity.)
Package C: Start from RM 1,000 deposit to schedule an On-site visit — deductible from the final fee. (Space terms same as B, additional travel fee might be charged depending on project location)
Package A: upload your floor plan and choose a tier — order directly. Package B: pay from RM 320 deposit to begin. Package C: pay RM 1,000 deposit to schedule the on-site visit.
For B & C: deposit paid, style direction confirmed, measurement scheduled if on-site. Design work begins upon confirmation.
2D drawings: 3–5 days. 3D renders: 7–10 days. Where construction drawings are included, guided discussion continues through the drawing delivery stage. One revision round included.
Files delivered in your chosen format. For B & C, final delivery follows settlement of the remaining balance after deposit deduction.

Showrooms, Retail,
& Landscape Design
Commercial and landscape projects are handled separately from our residential packages. Pricing is quoted based on project scope and complexity. Packages B & C rates serve as a base reference for retail and office work — final fees are confirmed after an initial enquiry.
For retail, office, and F&B projects, the design fee is quoted based on the scope, fit-out complexity, and deliverables required. Package B & C rates provide a general reference baseline.
For landscape and garden design, pricing is calculated separately under a distinct fee schedule. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a project-specific quote.

Standalone construction drawing set — M&E, plumbing schematics, internal detail drawings and built-in works. Delivery time determined by project scope.
Already in construction and have concerns? Whether it's workmanship quality, material selection, unexpected site conditions, or worries about contractors cutting corners — we can step in and advise. Online or on-site sessions available.
Extra photorealistic 3D views beyond those in your package — useful for presentation, material comparison, or showing multiple design angles before committing.
Only need one room or one area redesigned? We offer partial-scope design for kitchen, master bedroom, living room, or any specific space — without committing to a full project package.
A standalone furniture positioning and space planning diagram — useful if the architectural design is settled but you need help deciding placement, flow, and function before purchasing.
